Stabilized Whipped Cream
1 1/4 c. whipping cream
6 T. pwd. sugar
1 T. nonfat dry milk
1 t. vanilla
Combine all in blender until medium/stiff peaks form.
*I have put this on pies etc & days later it is still firm & yummy!
