Crumble up a few balls of aluminum foil. Place in bottom of crockpot. Scrub potatoes. Rub potatoes with oil & sprinkle with sea salt. Place in crockpot. Put alaywr of paper towels between crockpot & the lid. This heps to 'bake' the potatoes instead of steaming them. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. The time is pretty forgiving if you need to leave them in a little longer.
