High Protein Mud Cake (for two)
8 oz cottage cheese, blended smooth
2 eggs
¼ c mknkfruit sweetener
4 T cacao powder
½ t vanilla
Sugar free chocolate chips (optional)
Stir all ingredients in a bowl. Top with chocolate chips. Bake 350⁰ for 33 minutes
Makes 2 servings
