Cream Cheese Crepe Filling


INGREDIENTS

  • 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar , or powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Then fold in the whipped cream just until smooth.
  • Spread on top of crepes and add desired toppings.
