1 loaf French toast bread (1" thick- Texas Toast)
8 large eggs
¼ cup milk
3 T brown sugar
1 T vanilla
Whisk eggs, milk, brown sugar & vanilla together. Dip bread in egg mixture & cook on 350⁰ griddle for 3 minutes. Flip over and cook another 2 - 3 minutes.
Serve with butter, peanut butter, syrup or Jam
