Chocolate fudge sauce


1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cream (or milk)
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. chocolate chips
1 t. vanilla

Bring butter, cream & sugar to a boil over medium heat. When sugar is dissolved, add chocolate chips. Remove from heat & stir in vanilla. Dip strawberries in it or drizzle over ice cream. Makes about 2 cups.
