granola bars

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. honey (can use some maple syrup or corn syrup)
1/3 c. coconut oil
1/4 t. sea salt
1 c. peanut butter
2 t. vanilla
4 c. crisp rice cereal (I have used crushed up Chex cereal before)
2 2/3 c. old fashioned oats
2/3 c. ground flax
1/2-1 c. mini chocolate chips

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Bring sugar, honey & oil to a boil & boil for 1 min. Add salt, peanut butter & vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients & stir until combined. Once cooled slightly, stir in chocolate chips. Press into 11X15 pan. Cut into bars. Makes 25-30 bars
