Brownie Mix

6 C. sugar
2 C. cocoa powder
3 C. flour
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. baking powder

Mix together. Place in air tight container.

To make a 9X13 pan:

Combine:
3 1/3 C. mix
1 C. butter (I use 1/2 C applesauce, 1/2 C butter & you can't tell a difference)
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla
Spread in greased 9X13 pan
Sprinkle with chocolate chips (optional)
Bake at 350 degrees for 27 min
